I had a mailbox key duplicated. My wife picked it up along with two copies. Unfortunately, these did not fit. We went together to complain. Ultimately, we were portrayed as liars. The gentleman determined that the keys were similar but not identical. However, he claimed that his machine could only produce exact copies, and errors were excluded. He also categorically ruled out any mix-up with keys from other customers. If someone else comes tomorrow who received my mailbox keys, they will probably be treated similarly. My bad review is not about the 19.80€, which is just a one-time thing, but about the treatment in this store. 19.80€? How does he come to that with your prices at 7.80€ per key for 19.80€? It's not a big deal. My wife didn't receive a receipt for it either ;) That was definitely the very last time. If they decide to order something there, I recommend a photo protocol ;)

I found it questionable that the production of the key went so quickly. When I held the key next to the original, I was amazed because the notches were identical. Ultimately, the duplicate did not fit, and unfortunately, you cannot return it.

Could not repair a few simple seams of my hiking shoes. Overall, 6 cm of seam to fix. I did it myself now. A simple "No, we can't" is not enough for most customers.

Fast and good service. I was well served. The quality was good and I had my keys duplicated quickly. The selection of blanks for the keys is always good. The shoe service is also great. The repair of a zipper on a boot was done quickly and well. Cost-wise, it was also very good.
