Customer service leaves much to be desired! First they say it works, then it doesn't, then they want their money (which was already paid before, as he wanted it that way). Then you don't get your money back and they lie that they never said that.. End of the story, he made the key, but said if it doesn't fit he has to order it elsewhere and that will cost another €50. He also claimed that he is the only one who makes such keys because he has made keys that are 100 years old, but a key that is a maximum of 20 years old cannot be done 🤔 Pure rip-off..
