Our alarm system in the club property was installed by Schleicher many years ago and then maintained annually. Until the Corona pandemic, we were very satisfied with the company. In November 2021, maintenance work was due. We only received the invoice at the end of April 2022. The significantly higher invoice amount was initially justified by the Ukraine war, which had not even begun at the time of the repair. The invoice was only corrected after a written complaint. During our company holidays in early August, our alarm system failed. There followed countless phone calls and emails. We were repeatedly put off. The system has still not been repaired to this day (6 weeks later). We are still waiting for the offer for the new alarm system for our branch in Markranstädt. It may be that the company is lacking workforce, the travel distance is too far, and more lucrative orders are available, but such a way of working is neither customer-oriented nor professional.

Unreliable, unprofessional. Not recommended. After 4 weeks of waiting, I still had to pay almost €80 for a normal door key.

Trust Me

Nice man at the gate will tell you that he has no idea when your key will arrive. And you can feel free to come back tomorrow, he will say the same thing again.
