Today it unfortunately happened, I wasn't paying attention for a moment and the front door was closed. After I had already encountered a fraudulent company before, I hoped to have finally found a reputable provider with this company. After a call, the owner arrived relatively quickly and was able to open the door within 10 minutes. However, the trouble begins now: I politely asked for an invoice, mentioning that I would pay it immediately upon receipt via bank transfer. This was immediately harshly rejected, with the statement that payment can only be made in cash or by card. However, I firmly rejected this and requested an invoice again. The owner then pulled me out of the door and wanted to close it again. I stood in the door and wanted to prevent this, resulting in a physical altercation where I also sustained a scrape on my arm. To resolve the situation and because I absolutely did not want to stand outside any longer, I paid in cash under the greatest protest. A payment by bank transfer is legally due to me and cannot be excluded in the terms and conditions! I can only advise against this business and wish absolutely no one similar experiences. Hopefully, I can protect you from this business and I will clarify the rest in court. All of this happened in the presence of a witness. Comment on the owner's response: I am one of the most honest people in this world and have never even thought about not paying a craftsman's invoice in my life. I would have done so in your case as well. I am self-employed and know how annoying unpaid invoices are, but I too must adhere to applicable law. Payment by bank transfer is guaranteed to the consumer by the legislator and cannot be refused! For example, only invoices paid electronically can be deducted from taxes, as you surely know.
