Sorry, never again!! First, you search forever for an employee, find one (I think his name was Ralf (I heard) a newcomer from the East by his dialect) and then treated totally unfriendly!!! It was not his department, he couldn't help there.... but in such an arrogant manner without words!! I actually wanted to confront him about how he dared to speak so arrogantly to me, but as I found him, he was gone again!! Just left standing!!! Sorry, you shouldn't be treated like that as a customer!!!

The employee is very unfriendly. You call him, he does not respond and after a while: he replies that he is busy. I gave him a second chance. I wanted a new battery for a watch. He did not try to open the watch. He sent me to the manufacturer. If he does not want to work, he should do something else. I do not understand how this business is profitable if they fear the customers like this!

Have been there several times. Whether putting leather in the shoe heel or sharpening keys (including an old worn-out Honda motorcycle key was transferred to two original blanks and BOTH copies lock in all locks!!) Highly recommended!
