I had my bicycle locked to a post in the city center and could no longer open the lock. The locksmith Lohberger helped me spontaneously and very kindly and first gave me an open can of graphite spray. When that didn't work, an employee lent me a cordless angle grinder with which I could cut the lock open. All based on trust and free of charge. Thank you very much for that!

I had 2 copies made of a bent garage key. However, they could hardly be turned in the lock, so I went back and brought the cylinder. "It's past its lifespan," said the operators, and without further questioning, they gave me a new cylinder for free. Now I have a brand new lock and even one more key. It can't get much better, super service.
