Sorry, never again!! First, you search forever for an employee, find one (I think his name was Ralf (I heard) a newcomer from the East by his dialect) and then treated totally unfriendly!!! It was not his department, he couldn't help there.... but in such an arrogant manner without words!! I actually wanted to confront him about how he dared to speak so arrogantly to me, but as I found him, he was gone again!! Just left standing!!! Sorry, you shouldn't be treated like that as a customer!!!

I specifically checked online if the store was open. The internet said a big, green "open". When my husband drove there, he found himself in front of a locked door with a sign that had completely different opening hours. If you change the times, you should at least adjust the information online AS WELL! Wasted gas and time. Thanks...

We have had keys or name tags made there several times. We were always absolutely satisfied. Friendly, competent, and quick service every time. Recently, I only wanted information about a lock and a key. I was given information so kindly and helpfully, and assistance was offered that I am still thrilled!!!! Such service is not a given nowadays!!! We are and have always been satisfied!
