No idea where all the positive reviews come from. One of the rudest and most primitive people I have ever encountered in a store. How he is allowed to own a shop is a mystery to me. No hello when entering the store, impatience times three even though no one else was in the store. No nice advice and the price was a joke. When I then politely declined, an aggressive reaction was displayed. No thanks, this store owner could gladly disappear with Corona. Please get a new owner who knows what customer service is. I will never enter this store again and will share my dreadful experience. If possible, I would give this store -0 stars.

We always drop off our keys there to have copies made. We dropped them off before shopping and they were ready after shopping. Super nice man and always polite. Even when one couldn't be duplicated (that was a while ago), we were explained why and what we need to do. Anytime again, the price-performance ratio is also right here.
