Unfortunately, the emergency service provided by my landlord was tried 15 times on 15.05 between 7:35 and 14:00!!! In the announcement, it says do not hang up, you will be connected, I was in the waiting loop for up to 66 minutes (on one attempt). In the meantime, while I was stuck in the waiting loop for hours, I found a guide on the internet to fix my problem myself so that I ultimately did not need the emergency service. The spare part I need can also be found in any hardware store. I find it impossible that no one from this company calls back after 15 calls.
