We were looking for a locking system for a garden gate. Inner parts, screws, and cylinders. After a hardware store could not help us further, we found this store online. We received good advice and everything we needed. It fit perfectly. We are very satisfied.

A hardware store of the "old school" and that is meant positively through and through. An employee had made a mistake on the phone and told me the wrong closing time (which apparently changed during Corona times). Now I stood in front of actually closed doors but ......not for long :-) The employee (I almost think it was the boss :-) ) worked voluntary overtime and was very friendly. In the end, the three keys were quickly and flawlessly duplicated. I will come back.

Price-performance more than given! On the phone already super friendly and then very quick on site. Also really cheap. Other locksmiths charged more than double upon inquiry. It went super well, the 5 stars are more than deserved! 👍🏻

I can only agree with my predecessors. While there are certainly other reputable locksmith services (e.g., in Agnesviertel), here in Nippes, this one is absolutely leading. You are treated like a serious person, and Ms. Dorff really cares about helping and not primarily about money... You don't find that very often.
