I can only agree with my predecessors. While there are certainly other reputable locksmith services (e.g., in Agnesviertel), here in Nippes, this one is absolutely leading. You are treated like a serious person, and Ms. Dorff really cares about helping and not primarily about money... You don't find that very often.

Here, there is no attempt to generate extra costs for the customer, just open the door and done. Definitely professional and friendly. Additionally, an absolutely fair price and very quick service. I am very satisfied and can recommend this locksmith without reservation.
