Unfortunately, I have to agree with Mrs. Zorn's review. I was here on Saturday at 10:00 and although it should have been open since 09:00, no one was there. I tried calling three times, but to no avail.

I have been here once before, everything was great professionally. But now I have gone twice in the morning at 9:30 in vain and stood in front of a locked door, even though the website states it opens at 8:30. No sign with opening hours, no note with current information (vacation, illness) on the window. It can happen that something comes up one day, but if you know it will take longer, then please put a note with information for the customers on the store! It's quite frustrating when you go out of your way before work and no one is there.

My door wouldn't open because a key was stuck inside. Through the Haspa-Joker, I only paid €50 for the opening. Great price. Especially noteworthy is the friendly and likeable demeanor of the employee M.Klaas. Great guy who knows what he's doing, keep it up!!! Especially rare in today's times!

From the offer to installation everything top! We had a security system installed for two front doors. The offer was significantly cheaper than our comparison offers - for the installation of the same products! No cheaper alternative. The offer came promptly, Mr. Müller was always available for questions and adjusted the offer individually. The appointment coordination went smoothly and the craftsman arrived on time and worked very cleanly and professionally. Even our slightly misaligned lock he quickly straightened out..."otherwise it doesn't look good" :o) Thank you very much for that again! All in all, highly recommendable! If I had another apartment door - I would have it done by Müller again.
