I was at OBI yesterday and am very satisfied. I received very nice advice from the colleague regarding the lamps, and the colleague took a lot of time to assemble a drain for our sink (the furniture store wanted to sell me a new sink) everything worked out great and everything is finally tight again. Only with the colors, the colleague seemed very stressed and curt, we then picked our stain ourselves. The selection is very diverse! Thank you very much.

Well-organized hardware store with a large selection and generally good quality. The prices are somewhat high, but still reasonable. The staff is friendly and always helpful.

Poor pricing. Shelf prices and OBI online prices often do not match the checkout price. E.g. cable: shelf price €6.99 - checkout €9.99. The same goes for HT and KG pipes/accessories, floor mounting sleeves, etc.

Did something pass me by ???? 13.08.2022 ...I was at OBI today!! I was greeted kindly 4 times by different employees. Two employees even asked me about my wishes while standing by the shelf. One employee even left his pallet truck to guide me to the right product and then advised me properly. At the checkout, 3 people in front of me, I was asked by the service colleague to go to the information desk to pay for my goods faster. I actually just wanted to buy two light bulbs, but then I drove home with 8 energy-saving lamps for around €120.00. No matter... I was thrilled... keep it up!!!!!!!! In the past, it was always said: OBI employees are like cockroaches... when the light comes on, they all disappear quickly... I cannot confirm that today...

Very empty there, plenty of space to look around. It is probably due to the price increases, soon DIY and renovation will also fall into the category of "no longer affordable" I am at a loss for words!
