I had a problem with an outdoor metal door that wouldn't close (and was warped) and was prepared for a long wait. Then I contacted Fa. Dallwig and on the same day (!) a friendly and competent technician came by. A really great company! Very good and friendly communication via email and phone. Very nice and competent staff in the office and "out there" with the customer. This is not a matter of course today. Thank you for the great service!
