I bought a lock recently that was not exactly cheap, and had keys made that are also not cheap. When such unfriendly staff serve me, this business cannot be recommended. Or the employees need to change significantly.

You better go to DEZ or to Eisenkrug in Bettenhausen if you want your key copies to work. The staff at ASSKO are incredibly unfriendly AND cannot make a suitable key. What a pity. It used to be a good business. Well. DEZ across from REWE and Eisenkrug in Bettenhausen are good AND friendly.

I would give 0 stars but unfortunately that is not possible!! The younger man was extremely nice but the man with the smooth hair was so rude and thinks just because I am a woman that I have no idea!! Stay away from this.

Very accommodating telephone contact. Dropping off shoes is no problem. Competent advice. I left the shoes there for re-stitching. Waiting time 2 working days. I will report back here regarding the result and the price. So far: very good impression. Addendum: Shoes have been properly refurbished. Price: €15. I am very satisfied.

Good staff repair of shoes as well as bags and keys possible on site. The price-performance ratio is completely acceptable. Unfortunately, there is no 100% guarantee that the key fits exactly. But I would gladly use the service again. :-)

I cannot understand the positive reviews! You are treated unfriendly when you bring your own blank. (Original look from motorcycle manufacturer. Then you have to pay the full price, and if you don't like it, you can look for someone else. Apparently, someone here doesn't need money.
