I had locked myself out and the key was stuck inside. A call to BOLT and shortly after, someone was already on site. The door was opened in a flash - without damage. And all of this very friendly and at a fair price. I can only recommend.

Locked out on Friday evening, door fell shut! Called Bolt, was correctly informed about the price on the phone, arrival was quite direct, waiting time was 15 minutes. The door was opened within 5 minutes without damage or visible marks, and the price agreed upon over the phone was paid. Great experience in an absolutely unpleasant situation. First choice if I should get locked out again. Top and recommendable.
