unfortunately not suitable for every key. only works with standard. Large selection - however, I could not be helped further. I should contact the manufacturer. It is a security door from a German manufacturer, not a hardware store. Really a shame. The response states that it is not worth duplicating every key. Well, superficially considered, I am at a local locksmith who can also service locally common door locks used by local carpenters.

I think I will always have my duplicate keys made at a proper locksmith. They have always had the right blank and could help so far. We have, for example, Scandinavian locks. They could also help with the self-built mailbox, where the neighbors still need duplicate keys, after all, they have to take care of it when we are on vacation, right. So go straight to the professional!

In Nov. 2020, we had the defective lock of our front door replaced by the company and simultaneously installed a video-monitored door closing system. The executing employees were friendly and competent! However, the lock repeatedly did not engage, which we, of course, complained about. On June 1, 2021, a technician came again and changed a setting on the electronic opener. Since then, it has been working. We received an invoice and tried to reach the owner, as we did not agree to pay for the service again if it was not flawless beforehand. After 3 weeks, he finally called back, was curt, and stated that he did not want to discuss this with us. Then there would be a 3rd reminder (we did not receive a 1st + 2nd) and then further proceedings. Then he hung up. Thus, this business relationship is over for us after at least 20 years!

I was here in 2016 and had car keys duplicated. I can't complain at all and found the service to be competent and customer-oriented.
