Very good store! I was advised very well there. Well, the manager seemed quite eccentric, but you should take him as he is... I was really well advised there. New locks were supposed to be for our house. Large selection of modern locking systems. I was guided through all the products from various manufacturers and price ranges. In the end, I chose a price-performance winner from Switzerland. I had zero idea about locks and keys beforehand. I am really very satisfied. I can rate the price as absolutely fair. Quality has its price, and let people earn money. For the consulting service, definitely. You don't get that quality at the hardware store and advice: nonexistent!👍

I quickly needed a lock for a front door. It always happens like that. It breaks when you actually have no time. The owner had everything there and advised me excellently. The price was also cheaper than on the internet. I will always get advice here and buy locks and similar items. Great store.

The boss may be technically competent, but his social skills are an absolute disaster! He always gives me an unfriendly impression. Even the reception/entry into the store always feels strange/tense. Once he belittled his employee in front of assembled customers (and that was unjustified!!!). The employee was an angel and did a great job! The prices for keys and cylinders are fair. I would prefer this locksmith service over any hardware store locksmith service! Conclusion: There is still room for improvement here. This should be achievable for the company.
