There was a sign at the counter, 5% via app on mixing. I activated the code and sent a screenshot to my wife. On Saturday my wife went back, this time the mixing service was staffed, received the paint and off to the self-checkout - again bad luck, the 5% barcode is not sufficient as a screenshot, only from the original app. Well, thank you very much! Honestly: if we had a Hornbach in the Bautzen region, you would have serious problems! The price level is equally high, but in terms of service, there are worlds apart.
