Very long delivery, I ordered replacement keys two years ago, and then after 6 months I received the first response saying I had to wait a bit longer. The company Edelmann means a bit at some point, and then in July I had a visit again at the company Edelmann. The man said three to six weeks for the keys to be ready, and thank God nine weeks have passed and today I received the keys.

The team at the company Edelmann is friendly, competent, and reliable. My special thanks go to Mr. Alexander Tschabanjuk in particular, aside from the good advice, he made the impossible possible and was thus able to fulfill my wishes in the shortest time. Without his effort, it would not have been possible to implement my project in such a short time.

Apparently, the ordered items are unpacked and covered with advertisements. I find that inappropriate. When I buy a new radio, I don't want to receive a billboard. Slapping two stickers on it right away is not acceptable in my eyes, even if they are for the construction site. Just include the sticker, and the customer can decide what to do with it.

I have been going to Edelmann Fachmarkt for many years because I appreciate being able to buy 'individual screws'. In addition, there is very friendly advice, reputable brands to touch, and always correct treatment of customers. I find it extremely silly to get advice on-site only to buy online, as this behavior threatens the existence of a physical store. Prices on-site also have their value. Hello everyone, I purchased the reinforcement material for my construction project at Edelmann. Unfortunately, I can only advise against it. A complete steel list including the drawings was provided. REQUIRED: Round material 5 m, ACTUAL: 2.6 m. And that with the complete delivery. After a complaint to a very quality- and customer-oriented Mr. Sch****, I was advised to swap the signage between Plan 7 and 8 or to correct Edelmann's mistake on the construction site. 'We shouldn't be so picky.' For the money received or the additional cost for bending + labeling, the minimum expectation should be that the received goods are correct. What a shame! The first and the last time.
