Helped directly out of a jam! One of our tenants had lost the mailbox keys. Unfortunately, there were no replacement keys available... So I was already expecting that the mailbox would have to be drilled open. After a call to Götz certainty: The friendly employee pointed out some features to me. Since we use a branded mailbox, there are special numbers for each compartment. With this number, I was able to easily and without problems have additional keys made. The price is also completely reasonable.
