Unfortunately, I am not satisfied, I was there with an old lock probably of foreign origin, wanted to have a key duplicated, he barely looked at it and said he couldn't do anything and just like that I was outside, then I went directly to my cobbler and part-time locksmith and had my replacement keys in hand for a small amount of money after 10 minutes. That's how service works!!!! Unfortunately, no recommendation here and it was probably my last visit!!!
