A few weeks ago, I inquired by phone whether the company Thümmler could deliver and install new security locking cylinders in my apartment door + a front door. Since my last cylinders also came from this company, I sent a photo of my previous key card and which cylinders I would like to have installed after consultation. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks, there was no reaction to my email. So I called, and Mr. Thümmler promised to process it (naming the costs) as soon as he had time... apparently, he still did not have any. Because even after 2 more urgent emails and a month later... no reaction whatsoever! My conclusion... apparently, they are overwhelmed with smaller orders or simply have no interest. That would not be so bad in itself, but to keep the customer waiting and then do nothing is simply unprofessional (despite my years of free work as an agent for him)... without words. Unfortunately, no recommendation from me.

… I stood there yesterday (28.18.22) at the counter like ordered and not picked up… He was not really helpful because the key was supposedly too unusual to be duplicated. I then drove to Idstein (Magrets Schlüsseldienst), where I was helped super friendly and two copies were made right away.
