The response from MK Metallbau to the recession is only partially correct. An earlier delivery that we had not publicly evaluated had defects in the coating. We accommodated MK Metallbau for time reasons to fix it themselves. That we check deliveries with defects very carefully before payment to identify any further defects is a matter of commercial understanding. We have no knowledge of any further unpaid invoices. We urge MK Metallbau to send us legitimate claims. If these do not arrive - we reserve the right to contest your assertion through legal means. I must assume with this knowledge that MK Metallbau accepted the order with the intention - to never deliver.
