Unfortunately, I cannot report on the performance, as when I wanted to inquire about the costs by phone, I was simply hung up on. Very rude, I must say. So, advice and service are probably not highly valued or considered important by the boss.

I was here for the first time today due to a recommendation - and certainly not the last - in this store and I am completely thrilled by the competence, speed, friendliness, and the price-performance ratio. The opening hours (from 7 AM to 5 PM continuously) are extremely customer-oriented as well. Jörg made the requested key for me in no time, was very friendly, and I even got a handcrafted keychain in the shape of an animal (there are various models... just go there) as well. I will come back! That much is certain.
