My nice OBI store, which I have been visiting for many years, has really declined. The advertised prices are rarely correct. The goods are hard to find. It's sometimes like Easter. It's often difficult to get through the crowded aisles with your cart. All in all, quite messy. Step it up a bit! The competition is not sleeping.

The man with the gray beard helped me out of a jam. I was annoyed standing in front of the car trailer accessories shelf just before closing time! Where the employees are mentally looking forward to the end of the day, but the gentleman really took a lot of time to help me with the right selection and even without hesitation tore open the packaging to test with me if it actually fits so I could move on!! Everything fits wonderfully, shakes, and has air :D So once again, heartfelt thanks for the effort!! 5 stars for the man with the beard! Best regards

We can highly recommend this store (compared to other hardware stores in the Dresden area). Very competent and helpful advisors in the departments. So far, we have had 2 returns because we are too quick to buy. Always problem-free, even though we no longer had the receipts. Very accommodating and researched directly for us on the computer. We are very happy to come back.

I think I have reviewed this before! It's alright - just a hardware store... A bit more expensive compared to others! But they are diligent and dedicated! I was there just before closing yesterday and wanted corrugated plastic - they cut everything to size and were eager, even though they didn't seem to like it... Still only four points because there are many things in this store that are not available elsewhere...
