Unreliable!! I have now gone to this store for the second time and both times it was closed, even though the opening hours indicated that it was open. Now I was there on Saturday at 12:59 PM because the store closes at 1:00 PM.... I just want to pick up a small package! So now I have to wait more than 5 days for my package because this store simply does not adhere to its own opening hours! I would never come here if I weren't forced to by DPD because the package was dropped off here. 👎👎👎

As a DPD shop, refusing to accept a package is semi-good! If I wanted it delivered to my home, I would have done that. But the package contains a gift…. I would have picked it up immediately… Please specify the package size you accept before selecting your shop!

The locksmith no longer offers DPD acceptance. The nearest acceptance point is in a kiosk at Oberhöchststadter Straße 10, 250m away.
