I am a tenant and must prove in case of missing documents when moving out that I do not have 2 additional keys. Otherwise, I have to pay for the new lock... Fact.... No matter where I put a signature, the company is OBLIGATED to provide a copy upon request.... I will never go back to the unfriendly store... Very old Nordhausen or GDR mentality.
