Well, I find it very expensive. Staff can sometimes be hard to find. I needed windshield wipers, which are now sold separately, so left and right. The left one was not there. I went somewhere else and paid just over half of what I paid at obi for the same ones.

Unfortunately, I was not able to find a proper hardware store in Ingolstadt. Here in Neuburg, I found that customer service and willingness to provide information in the hardware store can also work. If I need something again, I will gladly come back here.

Friendly and helpful staff; great selection, Online pre-ordered goods were already ready for pickup within the specified 2 hours. The advice and helpfulness of the employee from the cutting service was top-notch. The trip from Ingolstadt was worth it today. Keep it up!

Thanks to excellent advice after purchasing a sump pump, I was able to save 90 euros by using my old 1/2 inch hoses. The employee had a simple trick up his sleeve to connect these without having to buy new 1 inch hoses. Big praise for employees who know their products 👍
