The staff is very nice and happy to help. That is very nice. We like going to OBI. There are enough parking spaces available. Attention is paid to order and cleanliness. The flowers at the entrance are constantly replenished and cared for. A beautiful sight. The selection is good. You always find what you need.

OBI has many things that the DIY enthusiast needs. The advice is good, and I always find a consultant very quickly. What I don't like at all is that there is a manufacturer in the offer whose goods I consider to be of poor quality. Otherwise, the quality is acceptable.

One star because there are no negative stars. You order something for pickup and are still sent to the corresponding aisle with the note that the colleague will come shortly. Upon arriving in the aisle, I then took it myself and was looked at sideways for it. This is a joke because I do not consider "taking from the shelf" as service. What is the point of this pre-ordering online?

The staff in this store is always friendly and accommodating. The ladies at the reception are happy to help. In the store itself, there is a very good selection and the employees here are really great.

The staff is nice, even if you often have to look for someone. You get quite a bit - that is the advantage of the Eichstätt branch. However, I am really angry: we bought wpc privacy screens in "light gray" and 2 different elements in anthracite at obi. Obi apparently doesn't have much of a grasp on colors. The light gray is more of a "dirty medium gray" and anthracite is far from it - it's almost black! Since we want to attach trellises to the "light gray" privacy screen, we wanted the same color and asked the staff. I find it sad that they don't even know the color of their own products. But the best part comes: after it was matched with the color chart and then mixed, I wanted to get to work... after painting, I waited nicely until everything was dry.... now I have a real light gray and it doesn't match the privacy screen at all! We paid for 2.5 liters, so I can still experiment to make the color somewhat match - I won't even start with a return because obi will surely claim that it is mixed color and won't take it back.
