Update on prices 19.08. Dear OBI team, I really like and often shop here in km, but when I saw the prices of the "tin chimneys," it left me speechless. (See pictures) These exorbitant prices for such inferior products are absolutely unacceptable. I can only recommend to everyone not to go along with this inflationary trend and to rather look in Eastern European countries! 🤔 It's okay in the store but unfortunately only basic. If you're looking for special items like resin, you have to wait at least or drive to Dresden.

Unfriendly staff, we bought a flower, but the price was missing, 3 employees were talking at the checkout and were unable to check the price in the garden center. We had to go ourselves!!!! 3 flower pots were on the bill and 2 were only bought, with one already being defective. We will never shop there again... outrageous there.

We were looking for a specific item, which should have been in stock at the store. However, we couldn't find it in the assortment, so we approached an employee. She was very eager to help us. Ultimately, it was three employees who went in search of the item. Unfortunately, it was not findable, but we were given the tip that there is an error in the system and that this item is in stock at another OBI store. Even though we didn't get the item, we felt well taken care of here.

We were very surprised by the narrowness in the aisles. But even more astonishing was that employees there had no time for customer inquiries..... "I have now finished work, a colleague will surely come soon"..... if we hadn't had to pick up our ordered goods from you, we would have been gone very quickly.... you only deserve 3 stars because your colleague at the information desk was very friendly and we were served very satisfactorily.

Overall a great store. Only the staff should be replaced with people who enjoy their job and have enthusiasm. And above all, possess friendliness. Especially the tiles or sanitary department. The older lady has a cheeky and impossible tone. Terrible. That's how I should talk to customers at work. Then I can directly go to the office and register as unemployed.
