I wanted to have a car key cut at the mentioned company today. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. There was a lady behind the counter who told me that she couldn't do it and her husband would come later. But they advertise a key express service. Okay, since I don't have all day, I left without having my issue resolved... I am not surprised at all that all the dealers in Sarstedt are slowly but surely disappearing. If you don't work customer-oriented, the customer will buy online. So did I. This order would have been cash in hand because I would have already delivered the blank. Thus cash in the pocket. The dealers in Sarstedt shouldn't be surprised that people buy online...

Saved my Saturday evening! Could have stayed at €150, but unfortunately the door could not be opened without damage! I saw it myself and it was absolutely understandable! So the cylinder had to come out and a new one had to be put in. For the day and time, I find that €250 (don't forget the call-out fee! I live in Bad Salzdetfurth) was painful and expensive, but absolutely fair!

Simply super, I can only recommend it further. Super fast, didn't have to wait long, super competent. When I locked myself out, I didn't have to wait long until the gentleman came to help me and he didn't even need 5 minutes to get back into the apartment. Super service and mega friendly, despite the heat.
