I needed a replacement key for a front door. Two other providers (including a hardware store) couldn't help me because they didn't have a suitable blank or couldn't make the existing blank fit. At Baykan, it was possible without any problems: after a few minutes, the replacement key was ready; also friendly, affordable, and with background information about the mirrored groove (if I remember that correctly). Highly recommended!

I have never experienced such bad service in my 50 years. Normally, I wouldn't give a star, but unfortunately, that's not possible. The store owner is not open to criticism and becomes rude and aggressive. I was genuinely scared at times. I prefer to leave out further details. It's a shame, really, because it could have been resolved differently without insulting and berating the customer.
