I submitted a request for a conservatory via the contact form. The response came very quickly. "This year we have no more time." When I then called Fa. Baumgart and said that the construction of the conservatory would take until max. 04.2021, I was informed that the construction site was in Fehmarn and thus about 50 km away and therefore, original quote: "completely illusory." All I can say is congratulations on the good order situation. Customer-friendliness is something different. Who knows how they will react to potential complaints. For that, just the star so I can post.
