I dropped off my brand new Gucci leather loafers there to have them fitted with a protective sole. I asked the shoemaker to leave the Gucci logo free on the bottom. Unfortunately, he did not follow the request and I received completely scratched leather shoes back! For a shoe that costs over 600 euros, this is outrageous!!!
