In search of a Braunschweig company that could renew our locking system, I came across the company Priesmeier. Since we prefer a system from EVVA. On-site, we were able to view and try it out in the store. We were warmly welcomed and well advised. A rough estimate was created for the locking plan we had already prepared. We then gathered the remaining desired information, delivered it, and received a meaningful offer from Priesmeier, which all went quickly. I then took the time to recreate the system in an online configurator according to the locking plan, cylinder lengths, and designs we had developed ourselves. The offer in the online shop was only for the material (locking system with padlocks) €2000 net cheaper than the offer from Priesmeier (offer price Priesmeier €6750 net). I then wrote an email with the offer from the online shop attached to see if we could still discuss the price. Here is the response from Priesmeier: "Dear Mr. Pelz, I cannot and do not want to compete with the prices offered on the internet." I then asked via email; "Hello Mr. XXXXXXX, I can understand that you cannot match the prices from the internet, it is no different for us. That is why I also asked whether you would like to meet us halfway with your offer. As an example, to meet in the middle between both offers." I received no further response. I have now ordered the locking system online. 2 stars for the good advice in the store.

I was in the store today to have copies made of various keys. The employee was nice and it went quite quickly, in my opinion it was also a fair price. During the waiting time, I noticed how an employee explained to an older customer how he could remove a lock cylinder from his own, this employee was also very nice and seemed competent. As soon as I need another key copy, I know where to go :)

Barely left the store, it was a need for me to rate. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them. A lot of time was taken, and everything was explained to me in detail. Very, very gladly again.
