The garden department is great. I went into the outdoor area with my big note and little knowledge. Immediately, a nice employee asked me if she could help me. The advice was excellent.

Definitely our favorite hardware store that we always like to visit. Unfortunately, at the moment only possible if you take a miserable detour! But otherwise a great selection, super beautiful plants, and actually always some bargains to be had. Complaints are also handled very customer-friendly and generously.

Was really surprised and am very satisfied... yes, we men rarely admit it... sometimes needing help at the hardware store... but yes, that happens too. The advice and help were top-notch and I am really impressed. Yes really, it was not typical hardware store. Already upon entering, you are greeted warmly! It's fun to shop with you... big praise to the entire team... keep it up!

Thursday 5:50 PM in the store to buy wall paints. 6:10 PM selected the right colors and off to the paint mixing service. Bad luck, at 6 PM the colleague is off work and the service is not staffed. There was a sign at the counter, 5% via app on mixing. I activated the code and sent a screenshot to my wife. On Saturday my wife went back, this time the mixing service was staffed, received the paint and off to the self-checkout - again bad luck, the 5% barcode is not sufficient as a screenshot, only from the original app. Well, thank you very much! Honestly: if we had a Hornbach in the Bautzen region, you would have serious problems! The price level is equally high, but in terms of service, there are worlds apart.

Today, on 12.10.2022, I was at OBI to buy suitable parts for my fitted kitchen in the cutting area. I must say that I was impressed by the manner of the employee. I was able to take my parts completely revised and with the corresponding decor (edges and corners taped) immediately. It was a nice experience to deal with such staff. Thanks to OBI 😀
