First of all: If I could give 6 stars or more, I would do so. I was not only very satisfied but also amazed that an old GDR insert lock could be restored so well and functionally after a total deformation. Since I am a technician myself, I can assess it. I would also like to mention that the company Willig did this at a very decent and fair price, the consultation was honest (they could have sold something new and more expensive), I was amazed. All within a single day, I would never have thought that possible. It's just old school, you can feel that there is still a (meant in a very positive sense) GDR mentality present here. The several phone calls and the email communication were friendly and timely. The company Willig is now number 1 for me when it comes to key and similar services. I cannot evaluate the services as I fortunately did not need them. However, the contact was very nice and professional, and the price agreed upon over the phone was really fair. The key service is therefore highly recommended 😇

Upon arrival, the caretaker appeared by chance and offered to open the door for free. While the caretaker went to get the key for the front door, the locksmith had already opened the front door without further consent. We were informed that the full price would have been charged just for the trip anyway. In the end, I received a service that I no longer wanted at that time with just a €10 discount. In my opinion, not recommended.
