The 24-hour emergency service is not reachable. We accidentally locked ourselves out. After calling 20 times from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, we had to find help elsewhere. Despite requesting a callback, not even a call back came.

One star is already too much. I am really disappointed. I went there 3 times to check if the key he wanted to order was there, and each time I was put off. Apparently, he didn't want to make any money, poor service. I then went to the competition 10 minutes away and had everything. Never again with this locksmith service.
