My father exclusively seeks advice there. And that means something: He is a trained toolmaker, tinkerer, former civil servant, "universal technician" and - to put it mildly - willful. He completely trusts the information, has learned a lot there, has been repairing locks himself for ages, and is now doing so with increasing enjoyment. I have been served there several times with concentrated interest, good suggestions, and first-class solutions as well as a slowly dying service - at fair prices! (This is confirmed even by my stingy old man! :-)). Everyone must decide for themselves whether they can cope with the tone of the boss - which apparently varies greatly! - but technically hard to beat, I think.

Absolute professional with heart and soul in the matter. Specialist also for difficult cases. One should consider that even the duplication or new creation of a key takes time. Advice from the owner should be followed. In the last few weeks, he has helped us very well in several cases.
