Quick and competent help from the locksmith service - to be recommended.

This company was asked to replace a lock on a garage with an electronically closing roller door. Result: roller door no longer functions and from the quoted €130 it became nearly €500. Thank you very much! In response to your answer: the door drive was NOT replaced. A lock was supposed to be replaced. When I was shown the finished result, the door would not close during the demonstration. Since there was a new motorcycle in the garage, which was now accessible to everyone, I asked the colleague to check where the error lies. With all due respect to your colleagues' efforts, in the end, the door was still non-functional and the invoice amount had more than tripled. I will raise it to a maximum of 2 stars. But that's it.

An unbelievable service behavior from the shop assistant. The arrogance and hubris have never occurred to me in a store before. The way to lecture a customer does not belong in a company's profile. You can only afford that when you have the majority over this through the sale of a system/a cylinder. I will make a huge detour around this company and the next locksmith with serious work was not far away. The one star that you have to give here at least would be better placed in the sky.
