Unfortunately not recommended. Repair did not hold after 5 uses, complaint additionally charged, despite advertising on the homepage regarding warranty.

Very competent advice, the employees are friendly and take care of the customers' concerns to their complete satisfaction. I ordered an older key, which was made in no time and at unbeatable prices. I can recommend "Die kleine Werkstatt" unreservedly and will use the offered services again and again!

I have already had various everyday items repaired in the workshop (leather backpack, bicycle lock,...). Every time my concern was resolved within minutes and the price was fair, I can only recommend it.

I needed a small screw nut, which was nowhere to be found in all of Göttingen (after all relevant stores closed). Here, I was helped without any hassle. Screw nut for a donation to the coffee fund. Isn't that great?!!!
