Brought shoes for repair. The sole had come off two pairs of shoes. The result: Thick glue marks oozing out from the previously open spots, the shoe looks terrible. Fortunately, the second pair was not finished yet. A low price doesn't help if the shoes are ruined afterward.

Better stay away: Order 1 pair of boots to be re-soled, replace the zipper on one (!) other boot, plus a small sewing job. Paid in advance €55, which I believe would have been justified and even cheap. When picking up after two weeks, an additional charge of €25 for the zipper, allegedly not paid yet. Moreover, the discussed sewing job was not completed, but could at least be done within 2 minutes upon complaint. The communication with the customers (from the boss's side) is accordingly outrageous. Now I am curious if the work will at least last. This was my last time here.

STAY AWAY He made crooked holes in my belts that cost €200. And the holes are also too small, not the right distance. This cannot be repaired; I cannot close the belts properly and straight. He was nice, he cut my other belt well and short, but this is absolutely unacceptable.
