Called in the morning on 20.05.22 and made an appointment for the afternoon. Was received very friendly at the Neuenkirchen branch, received top advice and a complete key with remote control + 1 new remote control was made for my Passat, as I only had one key with a defective remote control. The waiting time was also top at 90 minutes, just like the price and the quality delivered. I am really glad that there are still such great locksmith services that also offer car key production at a fraction of the cost of a replacement key at the specialist workshops. I will definitely come back if needed.

I was at the branch in Saarbrücken yesterday and am very satisfied. I had ordered a key and could come by without an appointment. I only had one car key left, where the keyless system no longer worked. Now I have two keys again that work perfectly, even without a key in the ignition... Fair price and good work 👍
