Had a key made at Realmarkt in the branch in Nürtingen. We were neither informed about the price before the work nor that EC card payment would incur a one euro surcharge, even though this payment method is advertised. Furthermore, the work was poor, the key does not fit 100 percent and can only be removed from the lock with tugging, never again.
