As a newcomer to the area, I "burst" into the workshop instead of the sales room. What happened? No brusque reprimand, which I have experienced before, but rather directions from a friendly employee that led me to the sales room. I was met by a very nice gentleman to whom I stated my request, and he was able to fulfill it promptly because the raw material was available. No postponement for a few days. Very nice, very friendly, and the humor I have described so often was also present. I received an overview of security cameras on my way and will definitely come back. Thank you for the good work, the keys fit, and the very nice treatment.

Very poor service and no communication! Had 3 locking cylinders made, 1 cylinder was forgotten. The employee told me it would be delivered by post. So far, everything is fine! Inquiry after 1 week: the responsible employee is currently not there, but I will take care of it. The following week, still no feedback. Again inquiry: in about 4 days the cylinder will be ready! These are high-quality locking cylinders that were fully paid for, even though one was forgotten; one can expect that the missing cylinder will be delivered as soon as possible. Addendum: The company owner contacted me and apologized for the very sluggish behavior of his company. It was a very friendly conversation, and he assured me that such matters would be processed more quickly in the future. I was very surprised and also very pleased that a company owner takes the time to inquire about reviews! Thank you.

World class! There are no problems here, only solutions. I had issues with my car key and the immobilizer (Mercedes Vito 1998). A local garage and another locksmith could not help me. I was desperate. But the good man here did not give up and ultimately solved the problem. And then also at a fair price. Thank you very much and keep it up 👍👍👍
