The employees opened a catalog about 1000 pages thick for the search of the key blank and within 5 minutes had a suitable key even in stock, and I mean my spare key. In the evening, my apartment door fell shut. The emergency opening took place after a short wait, during which I was informed several times about updates on the arrival time. The technician was quite possibly the friendliest tradesman I have ever met and opened the lock quickly and without damage. The price for the opening was completely fair at just under €65! I would gladly use the service again, even though one would prefer to do without the emergency service.
