Our trailer hitch fell out of our hands during disassembly, breaking the key. The broken piece got stuck in the cylinder. After I had tried everything, I called the manufacturer, who wanted to sell me a completely new lock. This was associated with very high costs and a processing time of about 2 weeks 🙈 simply unbelievable. By chance, I came across the company Otto on the internet. I called the next day, explained my problem, and I could come by immediately. The broken piece was quickly removed from the cylinder, and a new key was also made. All of this within 30 minutes and at a super fair price! I am thrilled and very happy about it. I am very satisfied and definitely want to recommend the shop. Top service, fast, competent, and straightforward. Simply excellent! I will gladly come back if needed.

After I locked myself out for the very first (and definitely last) time today, I needed a locksmith to help me out.
