I was told over the phone that milling a car key would be no problem. On-site, it was said that they could not guarantee accuracy. It was immediately obvious at first glance that the key did not fit, as it was completely crookedly milled. Despite bringing my own blank, they charged 14€. I was then helped by another locksmith (for almost half the price and this key also fit well).

Unfriendly and too expensive. I wanted to have 2 metal eyelets installed on a shoe (just press once per eyelet with the stamp and done) which I brought myself. I was there right at opening and was the first customer. I asked how long it would take, the answer was 30 minutes..... My comment that it seemed quite long for just 2 eyelets apparently annoyed him. I then had to pay 5 EUR for a maximum of 2 minutes of work with my own material (because he doesn't have white eyelets). That's how you drive away customers.

Top locksmith service at reasonable prices. Sharpening knives or repairing shoes is also offered here at a low price. And even with special requests, Mr. Göwert often has a good tip. I will gladly come back!

We only wanted to have a simple mailbox key duplicated. After searching for what felt like an eternity, we were told that the appropriate blank was not here and the key could not be duplicated. Unfortunately, the service of simply ordering a blank and making the key for us in a few days or recommending another store was completely lacking. We were only informed that they could not help us further. We define service in the business name "Service-Shop" differently.
