I wanted to have a terrace roof built by the company. The appointment scheduling went quickly and smoothly. Two people from the company showed up for the appointment. The consultation went well and my wishes were noted. So far so good. Now the offer was supposed to be sent by email. Unfortunately, after more than a month, no offer has arrived yet. A follow-up inquiry by email went unanswered. Also, multiple phone calls were unsuccessful. This is no way to do business. What a shame.

After that, everything was installed with millimeter precision. The installation team is very competent and addresses all problems or uncertainties before they continue. For special orders, one must expect longer delivery times, but afterwards, no wishes remain unfulfilled. Very reliable company.
